Provo Abstract Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated title/escrow company serving our neighbors and friends since 1921. We have 5 owners with over 85 years title and escrow experience.

Our title department is thorough and expert in helping to solve any title problems that arise. We know that it is important to receive your title commitment in a timely manner, so we make every effort to complete the search and fax it as soon as possible. The original is then be mailed or delivered by our runner.

The escrow department works as a team to keep you informed. We order payoffs and clear any judgments, liens or other items on the commitment discreetly and quickly. We always give the best rates and quality service, residential, commercial, 1031 exchanges, subdivision development, sales and refinances we handle it all.

Our closing fees are as follows:

Sale - $170.00 split between buyer and seller

Refinance - $120.00

Doc prep fee $20.00

Our Title Insurance Underwriters are: Stewart Title Guaranty Company and United General Title Insurance Company.
